All trips are requested online and confirmed by S&H Fishing. Payment terms, deposits, and final balances will be communicated during confirmation. If payments are enabled, transactions are processed securely.
Cancellation and refund rules are outlined in our Refund Policy. By booking, you agree to those terms.
Guests must follow all guide instructions and safety rules while on the water. Unsafe behavior may result in early termination without refund.
Fishing charters involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to sign the required waiver.
All participants must sign a waiver before departure. Minors require a parent or guardian signature.
